Online TOC Analyzer
The HATA-4000C, a continuous automatic total organic carbon (TOC) analyzer using a high-temperature combustion oxidation method, is an automated measuring device that complies with the water quality pollution process testing standard, “Total Organic Carbon – Continuous Automatic Measurement Method.” The HATA-4000C minimizes quantitative errors in the analysis sample by using a metering pump and sample loop system, and improves precision through a sensor measurement value correction function according to the transport gas flow rate. It is a measuring device developed to perform total organic carbon measurements accurately and easily. It uses a method that promotes oxidation using a platinum catalyst while maintaining a high temperature in the combustion oxidation reactor, so it can be applied to a wide range of water sources from river water to high-concentration wastewater, and it is an optimized product for water quality TMS sites that reflect the latest revised water quality pollution process testing standard.
