HATP-4000H
Online TP Analyzer
The heated oxidation-type Total Phosphorus (TP) continuous automatic analyzer, HATP-4000H, automates the UV/Visible spectrophotometric method (heated oxidation) defined in standard water quality testing methods. During pretreatment, potassium persulfate is added and the sample is heated at 120°C for 30 minutes to oxidize phosphorus compounds into phosphate. The resulting phosphate forms molybdenum blue, and its absorbance is measured at 880 nm (or optionally 710 nm depending on sample conditions). The HATP-4000H features patented technology and a proprietary oxidation module for improved efficiency, along with a user-friendly design. It is also optimized for water quality TMS environments in compliance with the latest communication standards.
